Andrea is a born n’ raised Southern gal who has recently left an extraordinary 10-year career AndreaHemingwith the U.S. Coast Guard and found solace in bartending. Local ingredients found at farmer’s markets, coupled with playful ingredients and pun-filled drink names lend to her irreverent style.

Jalapeno Business

  • 1 1/4 oz Oryza Gin
  • 1 1/4 local blood orange juice, strained
  • 1/4 oz El Maestro Sierra PX Sherry
  • 1/2 Egg White
  • barspoon full of Louisiana Sisters Pepper Jelly
  • 20 drops El Guapo Polynesian Kiss bitters

In a shaker tin, mash jelly with the back of barspoon, fill with ice and build with remaining ingredients. Double Strain into a coupe.
