- 1 1/4 oz Oryza Gin
- 1 1/4 local blood orange juice, strained
- 1/4 oz El Maestro Sierra PX Sherry
- 1/2 Egg White
- barspoon full of Louisiana Sisters Pepper Jelly
- 20 drops El Guapo Polynesian Kiss bitters
In a shaker tin, mash jelly with the back of barspoon, fill with ice and build with remaining ingredients. Double Strain into a coupe.
